The Scanacon Acid Circulation System (ACS) is a custom-engineered turbulent pickling or etching system for retrofitting existing process tanks or for new process tank installations.
Using a proprietary nozzle and manifold design, Scanacon is able to circulate the process tank up to 30 tank volumes per hour, without increasing evaporate loss or acidic gas (NOx / SOx) emissions, and importantly. The process is very cost effective without large pumps, process piping or a high energy demand.
